Covid-19 update

We are doing our best to reschedule those courses that are affected by the Covid-19 emergency, in the order in which they take place.

Because the situation is changing so rapidly, and no one knows how long the crisis will continue, forward planning is extremely difficult.  Therefore, if you are booked on a course in the coming months, or you have booked an art club to visit, please bear with us.  We will be in touch nearer the relevant dates and, if need be, will do our best to find  alternative dates if the lockdown affects your current booking.

Thank you to all our guests who have sent us kind words and encouragement.  As a small business, run by two self-employed people, we are facing very worrying and uncertain times.  With no income, a large premises to upkeep, and the bills continuing to come in, we really do value your understanding and support.  We will be doing everything we can to keep ourselves and Old Shorland afloat so that, hopefully, we will still be here when all this is over.

Stay well, everyone, and we look forward to seeing you in the future.

These are the art courses we have lined up at Shorland Old Farm for 2020.  Click on the course title for more information about that particular tutor or course.

All holidays and courses for 2020 are inclusive of accommodation, meals (breakfast, lunch, 2-course dinner with coffee after), and tuition.  Tea & coffee are available all day in the studio.

Tutored courses are led by professional artists, and are suitable for all abilities, unless otherwise stated.

If you would like to see next year’s courses as soon as they are finalised, visit our Stay in Touch page and follow the link to join our mailings list.  Once signed up, you will also be first to hear about any cancellations on courses that are fully booked.
